Alrighty, today is Wednesday. I passed my one month mark for being/living in Brazil. I have gotten to the point where my focus has shifted a bit. I have become more focused on the things I like, working with the business, learning the language, getting to know the people, and learning about the culture. I hardly notice the weather with its heat and humidity. I travel to other parts of the country and see how much more nature and cleanliness there is. The cleanliness is parts that don’t have trash. I saw buildings broken down, but there are ones that are more up kept.
This post will have more pix than actual description of what took place with maybe a brief summary.
To recap for you what has been going on:
We had a meeting for the Praca business promotional event.
We had our big event at the Praca, an outside park area.
We had Valentine’s Day at Pizza Hut.
We had some yummy food at a luncheonette with 80s music on the TV playing in the background…these are for my nephew Dylan…
We had a great day out with the Godinho family. They took us to Rosanna’s mom’s place and the beach. We had a lot of fun.
